In Summer 2007, during the run-up to publication of The Blair Years in hardback, Alastair Campbell kept an online diary to record his thoughts about Tony Blair's departure from the office of Prime Minister; the imminent publication of his own diaries on the subject as well as his response to the news events of the time.
